Qualifications:
For the time period, 7/1/2011 through 7/1/2012 effective dates, and based on your book of business as of 6/30/2011, overall block must increase by $1 million. Two new cases must be written. EZ AGG™ cases will be calculated at 70% of premium. Multiple trips can qualify, based on block increase of $750k for the first additional qualification and $500k for any qualifications thereafter. These additional qualifications levels must include one additional new case for each qualification earned.
